In 2020, we acquired Queen of the Court and chose to expand into basketball training. This was the
beginning of Court Performance.
We are a local training facility that provides private and small group sessions for volleyball and
basketball. Additionally, we do rent our facility for parties, games, and tournaments.
We have been in the fitness and training industry for over a decade and are excited to provide sport
specific training to our area youth. We can supplement youth training with additional strength work
(prehab to avoid injury) and nutrition advice through our neighbor gym, 3 rd Coast Movement.

We offer different levels of group training to develop players along their journey. Developing
fundamentals are KEY to success in volleyball. We work passing, setting, spiking, blocking, digging and
servings. Players will also be trained in proper court movement involved in transitioning, defense and
serve receive.

Our main goal is always to develop individual player skills. We have a wide array of trainers that
specialize to help your athlete work their specific positions and weaknesses. We use a variety of tools,
including a Vertimax, to help your athlete reach their full potential.

Our group classes are structured around skill development training, focusing on shooting mechanics, ball
handling, passing, post play, and footwork. Classes are co-ed.
